２０１３年９月１４日土曜日、東京高輪にあるホテル「ザ・プリンス　さくらタワー東京」がリニューアルオープンします。先日、内覧会がおこなわれました。

今回の改装は、今後さらなる増加が見込まれる、高輪・品川エリアを訪れる訪日外国人を中心としたエグゼクティブ層への対応を目的とし、全客室、ロビー、レストランのリニューアルがおこなわれました。デザインは、新丸ビルディングのインテリアデザインなどを手がけた、小坂　竜氏がトータルプロデュースしました。コンセプトは、人々が行き交う場をデザインとして表現、「編む」をモチーフに取り入れ、「和」を現代的に表現しています。

また、客室の４６％がキングサイズダブルベッドが備えてあります。マリオット・インターナショナルのオートグラフコレクションと日本初の連携をし、外国人宿泊率を２５％から２０１４年度中には、５０％に引き上げを目指しています。
宿泊料金は、キングデラックス２名６４，０００円、デラックスコーナーキング２名６５，０００円などがあります。
