１２月１日、毎年恒例のイベント東武ファンフェスタが、今年も南栗橋車両管区で開催されました。
このイベントに合わせて「東武ファンフェスタ号」が今年も運転されました。
今回は、野田線に導入された新型車両６００００系を使用し、北千住からファンフェスタ会場のある南栗橋車両管区まで運転されました。

この６００００系が、東武スカイツリーラインで営業運転をおこなうのは、初めてとのことで
沿線には多くのカメラを持ったファンが訪れていました。
列車が、そのまま終点には行かず、春日部から野田線へ転線し岩槻駅へ到着、折り返し春日部に戻り、
再度、東武スカイツリーラインに転線して、一路、南栗橋を目指しました。

南栗橋から会場までは、普段は見られない検修庫内の見学や洗浄線体験をおこない到着しました。

会場では、車両撮影会や工場見学、ステージでのイベントなどが開催され、

今年も東武博物館花上名誉館長と鉄道ジャーナリスト史絵．さんによるトークショーがおこなわれ、東武ファンフェスタ号や来年１００周年を迎える東上線や東武博物館２５周年など楽しいトークがおこなわれました。



今年で９回目を数え、毎回来場者数が増加し、今年は約１４，３００人が訪れました。
